Details
Lump sum contract for the demolition of the existing West End ferry terminal  and construction of a replacement, with the new terminal upgraded to enable the simultaneous berthing of two ferries.  The works where delivered in partnership with Crocker Builders.

The contract includes the supply and installation of steel pipe piles, prestressed concrete walkway beams, insitu concrete elements over water and a large floating pontoon and access gangway.

Building works include high quality finishes and detailing throughout the waiting area structure, covered walkways and integrated amenities block.
